Rizenyte Web provides Shopify setup, custom website development, design implementation, content configuration, and related digital delivery services according to the approved project scope.

The client is responsible for purchasing domain names, Shopify subscriptions, platform plans, and activating payment gateways or third-party accounts required for integration.

Custom builds may use Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Hostinger, VPS environments, or other approved third-party services depending on project requirements. Rizenyte Web can configure and integrate these services as part of the agreed scope.

Hosting, domain, server, storage, database, bandwidth, provider subscriptions, and third-party service charges are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rizenyte Web does not absorb these platform or provider costs.

Each package includes a defined revision allowance and estimated delivery window. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may affect pricing or timeline.

A 5-day free support period is included after delivery unless otherwise noted. This covers launch-related fixes tied to the original scope, not new features.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final project deliverables created specifically for their build, excluding third-party tools, licenses, platform fees, or provider-owned assets.

Rizenyte Web is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party outages, payment provider issues, hosting failures, or client-side credential and access management.
